IMG_20160810_110619Morning stories, are they not the best? These pancakes are always something I come back to because they are so easy to make, but also filling and nutricious. Here comes the recipe!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup oatmilk
1/4 cup oat flour
salt & cinnamon

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Fry the pancakes til they gently brown and baked, flip over and brown the other side.

3. Serve with optional berries of your choice, grapefruit, coconut flakes and some nuts.

4. Eat slowly, chew and enjoy your breakfast. 🙂
