It’s Friday and for many of us that means just few hours until we stop working and it’s time for a break – WEEKEND! Weekend is also a time to relax, have extra time to cook healthy and delicious food. I want you to set aside some time to give yourself and friends a little treat. This Chocolate Lovers Black Bean Brownies recipe is a guilt-free mouth watering treat that will blow your mind.

Chocolate Lovers Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients: 
1 can black beans
2 eggs
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (1/2 dl) honey
1/3 cup (1 dl) coconut oil
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup (1 1/3 dl) chopped dark chocolate

Method:

Oven: 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius

1. Place all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour batter into large bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
3. Place the batter in a greased dish, which you can place in the oven.
4. Bake for around 30 minutes, check on it regularly.

Let cool a little and then serve with either tea or coffee! Eat slowly and ENJOY! 🙂
