As the little chocolate monster as I am or at least used to be, I am always experamenting with healthy chocolate desserts. I want to find a good texture, preferable moist, a good sweet and choco taste – and this time I did it. After making these a couple of days ago and having people asking me about the recipe, I thought I would make it again to get the right measurements and here we are…
1 cup chickpeas
3/4 cup oats
4 tbsp cacao
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp almonds (optional)
1 tbp coconut oil (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey or stevia
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth!
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Bake for15 minutes on 190 degrees Celcius.
Serve with a coconut whip: coconut milk, honey, raspberries and avocado. Top it with raspberries.
